October – December Schedule 2010

Tai Chi and Qi Gong Classes with Jennifer and Senior Students These classes will share Tai Chi and Qi Gong techniques that nurture, balance and heal. We will explore movement, breath, massage, visualization, meditation and our own inner wisdom. You will experience enhanced body awareness; improved balance, strength and flexibility; and increased energy, mental clarity and calmness. Please wear comfortable clothes (layers in case you get too warm or cold), bring water to drink and a towel. Feel free to bring a journal for notes. No previous experience is necessary.
