Hello Friends,
Thank you for sharing Tai Chi and Massage with me this past winter and spring. I enjoyed our time together very much. Summer is here and I am going to the Jersey Shore to operate my summer business: Coastline Adventures Surfing School. Did you know that surfing incorporates all of the Tai Chi principles? Riding the waves is similar to playing push hands with your feet! And in case you were wondering, yes, part of our surf lesson warm-up is a mini Tai Chi class. Please come down for a visit, take a surf lesson and/or participate in any of our amazing surf related community events.
And even though I am not in the area during the summer, you still have many opportunities to continue your Tai Chi practice and receive Therapeutic Massage sessions during the summer. Our Tai Chi classes will be taught by our senior students and Tai Chi Colleagues. And Massage will be offered all summer long by my two amazing colleagues: Cindy Zdanek and Denise King. So there are no excuses. Continue on your path of discovery and health. Please note our summer schedule below.
I will be at Master Jou’s Birthday Celebration July 11 and 12th. Hope to see you there. And don’t forget, you are more than welcome to visit me at the shore this summer.
