We offer seminars and classes in our Healthy Living Seminar Series. Small or private classes are available at our office in Vernon. Larger group classes are offered either at your location or off-site. Call for details.

Customized Corporate Wellness and Massage Programs can improve the health, attitude and productivity of your employees. We come to your office and design a program that suits your needs and budget. Programs can include any of the Healthy Living Seminars or Classes and Chair Massages. Programs may be offered as an all day event, weekly, monthly or only on special occasions. Call for details.
Massage & Wellness Parties
Our parties are great for milestone events such as birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries, holidays or just a relaxing night with friends. We come to you and create a unique and memorable event for you and your guests. You decorate and provide the refreshments for your guests and we relax, educate and pamper them. Call for details.
